Charlie Bond
Sales Director
Charlie serves as Sales Director at The Introducing Broker Finance Hub, with seasoned professional background in the financial services industry. Over the years, Charlie has led a variety of successful teams, including as Branch Director at Ewe Move Sales and Lettings and Director at The Introducing Broker, our sister company.
Charlie is responsible for providing our clients with an excellent experience from start to finish. As SMF3 Executive Director, he oversees MCD intermediation and insurance distribution, ensuring the highest standards for both clients and partners.
Jamal Shahein
Head of Operations
With 22 years in the finance industry, Jamal has built a successful career with an entrepreneurial attitude and clear leadership. He founded his first business, Fresh Start Loans, at the age of 21, laying the foundation for future success. After quickly excelling in the insurance sector, Jamal ranked among the top 10 advisers in the UK from 2010 to 2013.
In 2014, Jamal launched his own brokerage, which grew to a team of 40 by 2019. Jamal’s passion for helping clients reach their financial goals continues to drive him, and his commitment to making a difference is at the heart of everything he does.
Stephen Martin
Compliance Director
As Compliance Director at The Introducing Broker Finance Hub, Stephen Martin brings extensive experience and a fresh perspective to compliance. He’s known for aligning compliance with business growth and engineering cultures to not just meet regulations but drive business efficiency and innovation.
Stephen’s career highlights include leading a DA firm’s transition to Network status. Now, as SMF16 and SMF3, his leadership helps ensure The Introducing Broker stays at the forefront of regulatory excellence while supporting its long-term vision.
